Singapore Chilli Crab and world acclaimed Tiger Beer once again take centre stage in an enduring display as two of Singapore ’s signature loves kick-start the month-long Singapore Food Festival that will take Singaporeans and tourists alike, by storm. Indulge in crab-mania with over 30 stalls selling delectable concoctions of Chilli Crabs. Tuck into the biggest Chilli Crab feast on Saturday, 30 June at 7pm. Only 300 complimentary tickets* to this feast extravaganza will be given away before the start of the opening celebrations on Friday, 29 June and Saturday, 30 June at 4pm, at the event. So you had better start queuing if you want to discover Chilli Crabs cooked with varying degrees of spiciness and all of its kaleidoscopic incarnations and variations: from fresh spices like galangal, ginger and turmeric, to the sour-sweetness of tomato or the texture of ribboned eggs; and find out why the Chilli Crab dish is synonymous and representative of Singaporean cuisine!
