Mela which means “gathering” in Sanskrit, is the central theme of this Curry Fish Head extravaganza. From 5 – 8 July, The Banana Leaf Apolo seeks to indulge you with a host of exciting activities, including a Curry Fish Head feast where 1000 Curry Fish Head will be served! Diners will be entertained by a special Mohiniyatam performance and enriching ethnic showcases such as Kathakali dances and Bhangra performances. Other activities include Fortune-telling, Henna Tattooing and Saree cladding for photo opportunities. A host of authentic Indian delights such as Dum Biriyani, Curry Crabs, Tiger Prawn Masala, themed lunches and dinners and culinary workshops will be offered by The Banana Leaf Apolo from 29 June – 31 July daily.
