Well. back to food and today is the very special bak chou mee stall at our favourite heartland mall hawker center.

ok, you would be probably thinking is there even such a stall at kovan? If so, you're missing out on the good stuff.

I dunno bout what you all think, but recently, i have realised that the bak chou mee stall nowadays seems to be clone from another stall. Like in Amk i saw 2 stalls which looks and taste the same as the one alongside the punggol nasi lemak stall. But this stall, the taste is totally different.

Ok, i was figuring how to explain this new taste to you all , but i jus cant put any words to describe it even though the taste is lingering in my mouth now. Well, its rich in taste, the sauce is quite different. Ok i tried to explain, go try it instead!

But the soup is totally different. You get a hot and sour soup, thai styled, totally great!

This deserve 4 stars and its so different!
