What a good way to start off a week of intense studying and clearing of assignments and exams or mock exams for some.
Had dinner and shopping with woman in town at our fav pasta place. pasta cafe at take b2. and the all time fav slipper lobster fettuccine. I was just wondering and i realised it has been like 7 years since i first entered this place in sec 3? well, the food is great but the prices has been increasing throughout the years though.
Anyway, being an addict of meat now, i decided to try out the grilled combo, where theres fish, chicken and beef which is served in 3 different sauces. The fish was delightful, the beef was decent, too small a portion though, and the chicken is chicken.
Round 2 was at bartwurst where we had a salami and ham sandwich at ps. Pretty good i must say but not enough meat!!!
So thats about it, coupled with a few perfumes that i bought, it was pretty decent night. pretty decent.oh ya. clam chowder is gross. never ever gonna touch that stuff ever. hum soup. sheesh

Apparently a new desert. Not your typical ice desert but instead, the ice used is shaved instead of crushed?
So what did the participants feel about the taste?

Well not exactly the same as the upcoming movie. well, poor classmate of my who was strap on to this mean machine i must say. basically, this machine measures ur vo2 max and analyse whether you are using your fats or the other systems. (cool huh).
After every like 5 mins, the speed will increase and not only that, the machine will become inclined!!! sheesh, if a marathon runner like him can last 20 mins, i have no idea how long i could have lasted.
anyway, did you know life sucks?

Valentwine 2008
Well, this year has indeed been different. firstly, sorry to disappoint woman. it was the first year where we did not make the trip to orchard for wrapping of presents of any sorts. well, no date for me this year, which is what i had wanted i guess. valentine's is overrated anyway huh. $199.50 for a usual $29.90 trip. sheesh. (yea check the singapore flyer). Instead i went for the free wine sample session in sch instead.
Anyway, so this year i've decided to make something for my friends instead. learnt this about 2 days back. and to the fortunate few who received it, be grateful k. haha its nothing expensive but at least its nice, i hope.
So alone in the room, waiting for ppl to send me presentation slides so that i can sleep. having a bad sore throat and cough. it will indeed be an unforgettable v day.

Been a fruitful few days of relaxing as we all drop back into the holiday spirit.
met up wif on friday for delifrance. you were truly missed.
Sat: birthday party followed by food @ changi v and gardens!
Sunday was sweeney todd day and chinatown
and i got a new phone. 6500 slide. photos taken not that fantastic though
ok. back to assignments.... during cny

Kids on the street
As i approached my block, i saw 3 kids
aged about 8 - 10 the most, they looked at me, terrified
i looked at them
into their hands
and i saw cigarettes
is there nothing we can do to prevent these things from happening?
at that moment, i really felt like going over
flashing a card and then pretending to be a cop
hoping that this experience will stop them from growing into becoming a smoke
not that i have anything against smokers
but at such a young age, how can he knows what he wants?
alas, i walked past.
and sadly i saw them trying to light up the sticks of poison.
